4 LOOP

The Standard Bag features cross corner loops sewn into the corners of the bag. Each end of the loops is securely stitched into one side of the FIBC, providing excellent stability and strength for handling and transport. This design ensures even weight distribution and facilitates easy lifting from all sides. The Standard Bag comes in two types of construction: U-Panel and 4-Panel.
-
U-Panel Construction: U-panel bags are constructed with three body panels: one that runs the full length of the bag forming the bottom and two sides, and two additional pieces of fabric sewn into the larger piece that form the other two sides. U-panel bags maintain a square shape when filled, especially when equipped with baffles. They are an industry standard and the most popular type of construction, offering high safe working loads (SWLs) and solid durability.
-
4-Panel Construction: 4-panel bags are constructed with four individual pieces sewn together to form a square structure. When filled, a 4-panel bag will hold its square shape similar to other construction types. Typically, 4-panel bags hold their shape better than U-panel bags, and U-panel bags hold their shape better than circular bags. The primary drawback of 4-panel bags is the large amount of stitching required, which can create more areas prone to failure. However, 4-panel bags are ideal for storage due to the way they hold their shape when filled.

The Full Loop Bag features continuous lifting loops that extend from the bottom to the top of the bag, forming a full loop structure. This design enhances the bag's strength and stability, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The loops are securely stitched into the sides of the FIBC, ensuring even weight distribution and facilitating easy lifting from any angle. The bag also includes a cylindrical spout at the top for convenient filling and discharge. This robust construction is perfect for industries requiring durable and reliable bulk packaging solutions.

Circular Bags are constructed from a tubular piece of fabric that forms all sides of the bag, requiring stitching only at the top and bottom. Despite the tubular fabric, advanced sewing technology enables circular construction bags to maintain a square shape when filled. A common misconception is that circular bags will be round when filled, but they actually retain a square or rectangular shape, though less rigidly than other construction types. They are named "circular" because they are made from a single piece of fabric that creates all four sides of the bag.

Also known as Corner Seam Loops and Loop-Over-Loop, Side Seam Loop Bags are the most commonly used lift loop construction. In this design, a lift loop is sewn into the seam of the bag, allowing it to be lifted by a forklift using all four loops simultaneously. This can make filling and transportation more tedious compared to other loop options. Key features of loop-over-loop FIBC straps include:
-
Corner seam loops are the standard and most common type of lift loops.
-
Each corner of the bag features one loop.
-
The bag can be lifted by a forklift, but all four loops must be used.
