1 & 2 LOOP FIBCs

One and two loop big bags are ideal for use in industries such as agriculture, fertilizers, cement, lime, and fish feed, particularly in semi-automatic and fully automatic filling lines. Their simple structure and wide range of fabric widths allow for various container load volumes, enhancing their versatility.

The straightforward design of these bags not only facilitates ease of use but also offers significant cost advantages by reducing the cost per unit of filling capacity. This results in more competitive freight costs.

Key Benefits:

  • Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: Superior cost-to-weight ratio of up to 20% compared to 4 loop styles, enabling transportation of 1000 kg of products with up to 0.5 kg less plastic packaging weight.

  • Ease of Handling: Self-supporting with single or double lifting points, making them easy to handle.

  • High Automation Potential: The design can be standardized for higher levels of automation and efficiency in manufacturing and filling lines.

  • Sustainability: Designed to reduce waste and energy consumption, with innovative solutions like the "Bag on Roll" (BOR) technology for automated filling lines.

Depending on the handling process, these bags can be manufactured with either 1 or 2 lifting loops. They are excellent for situations where packaging weight ranges from 500 kg to 1000 kg and where filling speed is critical.

Customizable Features:

  • Liners: Available with or without liners. Liners can be attached in various ways to protect hygroscopic products such as dry cement, with thicknesses ranging from 40 microns to 160 microns.

  • Fabric: Options include coated or uncoated fabrics based on customer specifications.

  • Top and Bottom Constructions:

    • Open top with or without filling spout.

    • Top panel with filling spout sewn to the slit.

    • Various base designs including star base, single base, square base, rectangular base, and bases with discharge spouts.

Top and Bottom Constructions:

  • Standard Open Top: With filling slit.

  • Filling Spout: With sewn-in lid.

  • Base Options: Star base (square or rectangular available), gusseted and sewn base, discharge spout (standard or Iris closure).

Additional Options:

  • High-Resolution Printing: Up to 6/7 colors per side.

  • UN Coded Bags: Available with X or Z coding.

  • Liners: Multi-layer PE and PP liners, or MC materials - clear or colored; thickness ranges from 65mu to 120mu. Tubular or bottleneck liners can be suspended or glued.
