Do you offer a recycling program for bags?

Yes, we offer a Multi-Use Bulk Bag Program for recycling and reusing bulk bags.

Do you assist with logistics and delivery?

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 5000 bags, but we will accommodate lower quantities based on different circumstances.

What material are bulk bags made from?

What are circular bags?

Circular bags are crafted from tubular fabric cut to the specified height.

What are U panel bags?

U panel bags feature a single fabric sheet that forms two opposite sides and the bottom of the bag.

What is coating or laminate on a bulk bag?

Coating or laminate is a moisture barrier, typically one mil polypropylene, applied to the woven fabric. For some applications, a poly liner is a better choice to protect the contents. However, neither coating nor a liner will make the bag completely waterproof.

What is a duffle top?

What is a fill or discharge spout?

A spout is generally 14 inches in diameter and 18 inches long. It is designed to minimize dust as the bag is being filled or discharged and can be customized.

What are baffles?

Baffles are fabric panels that extend across the corners of the bag to help maintain its shape and prevent bulging. The baffles have holes to allow the bags to fill evenly.

What is meant by "sift proofing"?

Sift proofing refers to various methods used to prevent product leakage from the seams of a bulk bag. This can include sewing special felt or soft yarn into the seams.

What is an anti-static bulk bag?

Anti-static bulk bags are made of a special fabric that allows static electricity to discharge safely.

What does SWL stand for?

SWL stands for Safe Working Load, which is the maximum weight the bag is rated to hold safely.

Can a bulk bag be patched?

While a bulk bag can be patched, it is generally not recommended.

Can bulk bags be reused?

Bulk bags can be reused under certain conditions. It is recommended that the bag be specifically designed for reuse. Bags with defects such as small holes or unstable loops should not be reused.
